Mary Ann Dannenmueller

Mary Ann Dannenmueller, age 86, of Oran passed away Sunday, March 5, 2017 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born on January 25, 1931 in Oran to the late Albert and Rosalia Welter Dannenmueller.

Mary Ann formerly worked at V.I.P. Industry in Cape Girardeau and also Community Sheltered workshop in Sikeston, Missouri. She was a member of Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran. Mary Ann enjoyed babysitting many of her nieces and nephews, and she also loved embroidery, puzzle solving, and playing Rummy.

She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Cornelius and Leroy Dannenmueller and three sisters, Velma Eftink, Lavana LeGrand, and Ella Dannenmueller.

Survivors include one brother, Alfred (Dolly) Dannenmuller of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; two sisters, Viola Dirnberger of Cape Girardeau and Bertha Lloyd of St. Charles, Missouri; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends may call after 4:00 pm on Monday, March 6, 2017 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. Parish Rosary will be at 7:00 pm.

Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran with Rev. Randy Tochtrop officiating. Burial will be at Guardian Angel Catholic Cemetery in Oran.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Guardian Angel Catholic School.
