Michael Brucker

Michael Arthur Brucker, 68 of Tampa, Florida formerly of New Hamburg, Missouri died March 11, 2017 at the home of his daughter. He was born June 15, 1948 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to Otto and Zita Heuring Brucker. He married Darice Miller Weisenauer on May 3, 2003.

He was a Registered Pharmacist. He was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton, Knights of Columbus, past president of Jaycees, 2000 World Champion Showcase Division Dancer UCWDC.

He is survived by his wife, Darice of Tampa; a son, Michael D. (Alison) Brucker of Indianapolis, Indiana; a daughter, Melissa Brucker Kob of Oran; three grandchildren, Kayla Kob, Michael K. Brucker and Ella Brucker; a stepdaughter, Lindsey Weisenauer of Sylva, North Carolina; a brother, Thomas (Pam) Brucker of Rockford, Michigan; two sisters, Gerri (Gordan) Powell and Marilyn (Paul) Burford both of Benton; three step grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and two nieces, Deanna and Andrea Burford.

Visitation will be from 5:00 – 8:00 pm on Monday at the St. Denis Catholic Church. Parish prayers at 6:30 pm.

Funeral mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday at the church with Rev. Michael Casteel as celebrant.

Burial will be in St. Denis Catholic Cemetery in Benton.
