Imogene Marie Dumey

She was born on March 9, 1927 in Allenville, Missouri to the late Otto and Stella Oberman Koch. She married Charles H. Dumey Sr. on February 2, 1946 and he preceded her in death on November 17, 1985.

Imogene was a retired factory worker for Superior Electric in Cape Girardeau. She was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee and was a member of the Daughters of St. Ambrose.

Survivors include three sons, Charles H. Dumey Jr., Michael (Vickie) Dumey, and Randy (Gail) Dumey all of Chaffee; two daughters, Sharon Choate of Ninilchik, Alaska; Delores Coats of Osage Beach, MO; ten grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; she is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Imogene was also preceded in death by two brothers and four sisters.

Friends may call after 4:00 pm on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Parish Rosary will be at 5:30 pm.

Funeral Service will be at 10:30 am on Wednesday at the Chapel with Rev. Randy Tochtrop as celebrant. Burial will be at St. Ambrose Catholic Cemetery in Chaffee.
