Robert Dale Bom

Robert Dale “Buddy” Bom, 84 of Benton, Missouri died Saturday, April 29,2017 at at the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  He was born December 27, 1932 in Commerce, to Letcher A. and Margaret Ellen Wise Bom.  He married Loretta Jean Shively on February 14, 1959 in East Prairie, Missouri.  She preceded him in death on April 22, 2012. He was an Accountant and a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
He is survived by four sons, Charles Bom of New Madrid, Missouri, Robert L. Bom of Farmington, Missouri, Daniel Bom of Sedalia, Missouri and Tedie Hill of East Prairie; a daughter, Sonya Allen of Benton; twelve grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by twin sons, Terry and Gary Bom and two brothers, Herbert And Charles Bom.
Visitation will be from  4 to 7pm on Tuesday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Benton.  Burial will be at a later date in Oakdale Cemetery in Commerce.
