Shawn Foulk

Shawn Anthony Foulk, 44 of Chaffee passed away at the family home in Chaffee, Missouri on Saturday, June 17, 2017. He was born on October 8, 1972 in Chaffee to Dean and Mary Alice Slayton Foulk. He married Mandy Puckett on July 17, 1999.

He was a forklift operator for Rubbermaid in Jackson, Missouri.

He is survived by his wife, Mandy; his father, Dean Foulk of Chaffee; three sons, Shawn (Sydney) Foulk II of Advance, Missouri, Andrew (Megan) Foulk and Brandon Foulk both of Chaffee; a daughter, Kayla Foulk of Chaffee; two brothers, Brian ( Tara) Foulk of Jackson and Dean Foulk of Herculaneum, Missouri; two sisters, Deena (Brett) White of Chaffee and Jennifer Dickerson of St. Louis, Missouri and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Foulk.

Friends may call from 4:00 – 9:00 pm on Tuesday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral service will be at 7:00 pm on Tuesday at the chapel. Visitation will continue after the service until 9:00 pm.

Burial will be at the Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee at a later date.
