Betty Lou Asbridge

Betty L. Asbridge, 82, of Chaffee, Missouri passed away Thursday, June 29, 2017 at the family home.

She was born on September 12, 1934 in Jackson, Missouri to the late Albert and Oma Mary Herzog Goehman. She married Marshall Paul Asbridge on July 25, 1953 and he preceded her in death on November 7, 2016.

Betty was a retired presser for Candy Cane Cleaners of Cape Girardeau, Missouri. She was a member of Christian Mission Church in Benton, Missouri.

She is survived by a son, Mark (Karen) Asbridge of Chaffee; three daughters, Diane Kilburn of Chaffee; Marsha (Allen) Redfearn of Greenville, Missouri; Tonya (John) Harrell of Chaffee; two sisters, Judy (Bill) Dewrock of Flint, Michigan and Donna Franklin of Kilgore, Texas; 12 grandchildren and 24 great-grandchildren; she also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by a brother; four sisters; a great-granddaughter, Lexy White and a great-grandson, Deytan White.

Friends may call after 10:30 am on Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral Services will be at 12:00 noon on Monday at the Chapel with Rev. Teresa Williams officiating. Burial will be at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
