Corena Nation

Corena Evelyn Nation, 82, of Rockview , passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017 at the Jackson Manor. She was born July 31, 1934 in New Hamburg to Leon and Clara Turner Bucher, Sr. Corena and Earl S. Nation were married June 9, 1951 and he preceded her in death on April 7, 2002.
Survivors include a son, Steven (Margie) Nation, Sr. of Jackson, Mo;  two daughters, Joyce (Danny) Wiseman of Pine Bluff, Arkansas and Mary Sue (Dan) Dannenmueller of Wetumpka, Alabama; two brothers, Ronald (Jan) Bucher of Williamsburg, Missouri and David (Jean) Bucher of St. Louis, Missouri; two sisters, Marie (Tom) Polich of Stoughton, Wisconsin and Wendy Robinson of Bradley, Illinois;  nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a brother, Leon Bucher, Jr
Visitation will be from 5-8:00 Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Funeral service will be at the Chapel Tuesday at 2:00 pm with Kenny Loos officiating. Burial will be at Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
