Dallas Lowell Lands

Dallas L. Lands, 76, of Delta, Missouri passed away Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born on February 21, 1941 in Randles, Missouri to the late Thomas and Lucy Spain Lands. He married Shirley Diggs on May 28, 1960 and they were married for 39 years and she survives. Later he married Linda Bruce on February 19, 2000 and she survives.
Dallas was a retired chemical salesman for Beaver Janitorial Supply in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. He was employed with Burlington Northern as a driving for their train crew. He was a member of the Arbor General Baptist Church in Arbor, Missouri.
He is survived by two sons, Keith (Sharon) Lands of Delta; Chris Lands of Delta; a daughter, Jeanette (Jerry) Beck of Chaffee; three stepdaughters, Wendy (Joe) Jennings of Scott City; Rhonda( Chris) Schafer of Chaffee and Kimberly (Scott) Carder of Pineville, Louisiana;six grandchildren; seven step grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call after 4:00 pm on Friday July 21, 2017 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
Funeral Services will be at 10:00 am on Saturday at the Chapel with Rev. Jack Owens officiating. Burial will be at Kenyon Cemetery in Delta.
