Curtis Clymer

Curtis Jr. Clymer 83, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri died Friday, September 1, 2017 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born June 22, 1934 in Commerce, Missouri to Arthur Earnest and Nora Bell Peel Clymer. He married Marian Jane Knight on March 18, 1955.

Curtis was a truck driver for Eagle Oil Co. He was a member of Word of Faith Fellowship in Cape Girardeau and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Marian; a sister, Dorothy Kunz of Pevely, Missouri and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, nine half-brothers and a half-sister.

Visitation will be from 4:00 – 8:00 pm on Sunday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 am on Monday at the chapel with Rev. Don Henson officiating.

Burial will be in Oakdale Cemetery in Commerce.
