Kenneth Ray Hopper

Kenneth Billy Ray Hopper 68, of Oran passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Sikeston Missouri.

He was born on December 6, 1948 in Huntsville, Alabama to the late George Oscar and Katie Mae Robinson Hopper. He married Shirley Jean Tinsley on October 26, 1985 and she preceded him in death on July 31, 2016.

Kenneth retired as a truck driver for La Plant Trucking in East Prairie MO. Kenneth served his country in the United States Army.

He is survived by 2 Step-Sons, Todd (Sonya) Gregory of East Prairie; Bill (Jennifer) Green of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Dana (Bobby) Mc Gee of Wynne, Arkansas; Step-Daughter, Teresa (Ralph) Hicks of Oran; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

He was also preceded in death by one brother, Arthur Hopper and one step-son, Michael Green.

Friends may call after 12:00 noon Tuesday, September 19, 2017 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran.

Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm Tuesday at the Chapel with Reverend Paul Johnson officiating. Burial will be at New Morley Cemetery in Morley MO. With full Military Honors.
