Nedra Coonts

Nedra D. Coonts, 81 of Scott City died Sunday, October 22, 2017 at her home. She was born on April 6, 1936 to William and Harriet Burson Brant in Campbell, Missouri.  She married Dallis Coonts on December 20, 1953.  He preceded her in death on February 26, 1999.

She is survived by her son, Danny (Mary) Coonts of Scott City; three daughters, Jane Beardslee of Benton, Arkansas, Linda (Stan) Gentry of Scott City and Anna (Todd) Asa of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Carl Brant of Gideon, Missouri; 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by five brothers, four sisters and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until time of service on Tuesday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.

Funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday at the chapel with Rev. Randy Morse officiating.

Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
