Mary Elizabeth Cummins

She was born on February 17, 1939 in Dexter to the late Sherman William and Florence Evelyn Goodman Davenport. She married Oravill (Gene) Cummins on May 25, 1957 and he survives of the home.

She was a member of Cape First Church in Cape Girardeau.

She is survived by a daughters, Pam (Fred) Harrell of Jackson; two sons, Kenneth (Becky) Cummins of Chaffee; Ron (Annette) Cummins of Scott City; a sister Rhonda (Jim) Emerson of Chaffee; half-brother, Robert (Mary) Harmon of Tampa, Florida; a sister-in-law, Delores (Ralph) Burger of Kelso; brother-in-law, Paul (Barbara) Cummins of Scott City; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephew.

She was also preceded in death by her parents and a step-father, William A. Harmon; two sisters Francis Slinkard and Carletta Streeter.

Friends may call after 10:00 am until time of service on Thursday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday at the Chapel with Pastor Gary Brothers officiating. Burial will be at Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
