Ivan "Ij" Lesch Jr.

Ivan “IJ” Lesch Jr., 68, of Delta, Missouri passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 at Southeast Hospital.

He was born on October 22, 1949 in Allenville, Missouri to the late Ivan Edward and Retha Gertrude Lands Lesch. He married Carolyn Sue Gramlisch on September 14, 1968 and she survives of the home.

Ivan worked for the lasting department with Florshiem Shoe Factory in Cape Girardeau until his retirement in 1998. He was a member of Church of God in Delta.

He is survived by three sons, Brian (Heather) Lesch of Chaffee; Ivan Ray (Carrie) Lesch of Allenville; Brandon (Daniela) Lesch of Scott City; Seven brothers, Lonnie Lesch of Allenville; Donald Lesch of Delta; Guy Lesch of McClure, Illinois; Hughes Lesch of Delta; Tim Lesch of Jackson, Missouri; Dale Lesch of Allenville; Lindell Lesch of Arbor, Missouri; a sister, Sharon DeBrock of Delta; nine grandchildren, Malia, Gavin, Hunter, Gunner, Kaden, Jackson, Fahlyn, Brayla and Delaney.

Family visitation will begin at 10:00 am.

Friends may call after 11:00 am until time of service on Monday, November 13, 2017 at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral Services will be at 1:00 pm on Monday at the Chapel with Rev. Danny Freeland officiating. Burial will follow at Kenyon Cemetery in Delta.
