Leonard Herman Nothdurft

Leonard H. Nothdurft, 95, of Whitewater, Missouri passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017 at Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.

He was born on August 14, 1922 in Whitewater to the late Herman and Edith Wilferth Nothdurft. He married Stella M. Crader on April 24, 1947 and she preceded him in death on April 12, 2015.

Leonard was a retired self-employed farmer. He served in the United States Army.

He is survived by a daughter, Carolyn (Jim) Andrews of Chaffee; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Earleen Lowes and two brothers.

Friends may call after 5:00 pm on Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral Services will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday at the Chapel with Rev. Gwen Streeter officiating. Burial will be at Zion United Methodist Cemetery in Gordonville, Missouri.

In Lieu of flower memorial may be made to the Missouri Veterans Home in Cape Girardeau.
