Georgianna Ressel

Georgianna Ressel, 92 of Kelso died Wednesday, February 7, 2018 at her home. She was born December 28, 1925 in Kelso, Missouri to Paul Joseph and Coletta P. Bles Enderle, Sr. She married Marcus Frederick Ressel on Oct. 9, 1948. He preceded her in death on October 27, 2016.

Along with her husband they owned and operated Kelso Sales and Service. She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso and the St. Ann’s Ladies Sodality.

She is survived by four children, Stephen (Sandra ) Ressel, Annette (Mike Ervin) Ressel, Colette (Paul) Hendrickson and Mark (Jane) Ressel; grandchildren, Ben Ressel, Clint (Audra) Ressel and their daughter, Abigail, Jody Ressel and Philip Ressel, Anthony (Sara) Ressel and their children, Andrew, Brendan and Bennett, Jonathon (Sabrina) Ressel and their children, Martina and Stella, Katie (Blake) Urhahn and their children, Abe and Mia, Alex (Megan) Ressel and their children, Tyler and Ella, and Grant Ressel and a sister Cecilia Arnold.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, Paul Enderle Jr. and a sister, Mary Lou Heisserer.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, with the Rev. Joe Weidenbenner as celebrant.

Burial will be in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery.
