Clara Steimle

Clara Lorene Steimle, 101, of New Hamburg, Missouri, passed away Friday March 2, 2018, at the Pacific Care Center in Pacific, Missouri.

She was born on October 5, 1916 in Kelso, Missouri, the daughter of Lawrence and Ella Pobst Weissmueller. She married Charles L. Steimle on October 25, 1941 in Kelso. He preceded her in death on November 20, 1992.

She worked as a seamstress at the Thorngate Factory in Chaffee.

Survivors include two sons; Larry Steimle of Wappapello, Missouri and Marvin Steimle of Pacific; Five grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren.

Friends may call Tuesday from 9 to 11:00 a.m, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in New Hamburg. Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Michael Casteel as Celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
