Tammy Renee Zitter, 46, of Springfield, MO died Thursday, April 5, 2018 peacefully in her sleep with her husband by her side. She was born September 26, 1971 in Cape Girardeau, MO to Michael Wayne Lohmann and Becky Fowler McCormick Whitlatch. She was raised by her Grandma Jewell Fowler and Uncle Mike Fowler. She married Scott Zitter on December 15, 2001.

She is survived by her husband; her parents; four children, Danielle (Chris) Ivey, Chelsea, Britni, and Chyanne Zitter; six grandchildren Layne, Erica, CJ, Rayna, Marley, and Melody; six brothers Jason (Myra) McCormick, Shawn McCormick, Vince McCormick, David McCormick, Chad Lohmann, and Mark Lohmann; three sisters, Tonna Baremore, Angie Osborne, and Kimberly Davidson and Paternal Grandfather Fred Norris.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Asier Fowler; maternal grandmother, Jewell Fowler; paternal grandmother Wanda Norris and step-fathers, David “Poonie” McCormick and H.L. “Bud” Whitlatch.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Tammy on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Scott City First Family Worship Center at 232 County Road 312, Scott City, MO. Friends and Family may gather at 2:00 pm and the Service will be at 3:00 pm. So please come out and celebrate her life with us.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the family.
