Douglas Eugene Hargrove

Douglas Eugene Hargrove, 63, of Chaffee passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Rubbermaid in Jackson.

He was born on Oct. 16, 1954 in Concord, Arkansas to the late Billy and Loretta Bracket Hargrove. He married Sharon Smiley on Dec. 18, 1976 and she survives of the home.

Doug was a Manufacturing Supervisor for Rubbermaid in Jackson. He was a member Grace United Methodist Church in Rockview.

He is survived by his mother, Loretta Hargrove of Batesville, Arkansas; his wife, Sharon Hargrove; a son, William (Amanda) Hargrove of Chaffee; two brothers, Eddie Hargrove of Scott City; Shane Hargrove of Batesville; a step-sister, Robin Mirley of Ballwin, Missouri; a granddaughter, Guinevere Hargrove.

He was preceded in death by his father, Billy Hargrove and a brother, Jerry Hargrove.

Friends may call after 2:00 pm until time of service on Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel.

Funeral Service will be at 4:00 pm on Sunday at the Chapel with Rev. Gwen Streeter officiating. Burial will be at a later date.
