Claude Anne Phillips

She was born on Feb. 16, 1938 in Chaffee, to the late Jess and Elsie Ponder Phillips. She married Charles E. Sallee and he preceded her in death on March 5, 1999. She married Carl E. Mason on April 7, 1995 and he survives of the home.

Claude Anne was a self-employed beautician, later becoming a supervisor at Superior Electric. She was also a supervisor for Thorngate Ltd. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Oran.

She is survived by her husband Carl; a son, Charles (Darla) Sallee of Oran; two daughters, Crystal (Brian) Todt of Oran; Janet Warren of Scott City; three step-children, Sharon Hawkins of Chesterfield, Mark Mason of Oran, Lisa May of Oran; two brothers, Jess Phillips Jr. of Oran and Kenneth Phillips of Oran; four grandchildren, Lacie McAlister, Courtney Todt, Devan Sallee and Brittany Sallee; two step-grandchildren, Ashton May and Tatum May; seven great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by two grandchildren, Austin Todt and Dylan Pobst.

Friends may call after 4:00 pm until time of service on Friday, June 29, 2018 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Oran.

Memorial Service will be at 6:00 pm on Friday at the Church with Rev. Tammy Hargis officiating.

Burial will be Private.
