James Dickerson

James Lee Dickerson, 48 of Scott City died Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Missouri.  He was born November 23, 1969 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri to James Ray and Wanda Lee Sprenger Dickerson.

James had worked for Lee Rowan in Jackson, Missouri.  He was an avid Dallas Cowboys Fan.

He is survived by his mother, Wanda Dickerson of Scott City; a son, James Lee Dickerson, Jr. of St. Louis, Missouri; a daughter, Ashley Elizabeth Dickerson of Waterloo, Illinois; two grandchildren, Xavier and Nicholas Dickerson with two more on the way; a sister, Laura ( Gregg) Daniels of Scott City; two half-sisters, Melissa Dickerson and Katherine Dickerson – Williamson of  St. Louis.

Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until time of service on Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.

Memorial service will be at 7:00 pm on Thursday  at the chapel with Rev. Randy Morse officiating.
