Nellie Warren

Nellie Ruth Warren, 74 of Scott City died Monday, August 13, 2018 at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.  She was born March 7, 1944 in Beebranch, Arkansas to Dovie Rice Williams.  She married Danny Lee Warren, Sr. on March 16, 1963.  He preceded her in death on November 10, 2015.

She was a cashier & waitress at Rhodes Truck Stop.

She is survived by a son, Clyde (Diana) Warren of Scott City; four brothers, Hershel Williams of Morley, Joe Williams of Chaffee, Johnny Williams of Delta and Bobby Williams of Snowflake, Arizona and 14 grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her mother: a son, Danny Warren, Jr.; three brothers; two sisters and a grandchild.

Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the time of service on Thursday at the Amick-Burnett Chapel in Oran.

Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Thursday at the chapel with Rev. Randy Morse officiating.

Burial will be in Friend Cemetery in Oran.
